Returns Policy

Your belt not quite what you were expecting? The colour doesn’t match your shoes quite exactly like you had hoped?

Don’t sweat it, we’ll happily replace, credit or refund your purchase. Our goal is to have you wearing our belts and if you don’t like it, you won’t wear it. So send it back and we’ll help you choose a better suited belt or if we can’t find what you’re looking for, simply return the belt to us and we’ll give you a store credit or refund.

I think it goes without saying but we can only accept returns that are in new and unused condition with all the original tags. So make sure you’re happy before you rip off the tags and take your belt for a spin.

That’s great, but how do I actually make the return happen?

Easy peasy. First, make sure you tick off the checklist below to ensure your belt is eligible for a return:

  1. Are you returning within 30 days since your purchase date?
  2. Is the belt new and unused?
  3. Are all original tags and labels still on the belt just as you received it?

If you’ve nodded your head to the above three conditions then simply drop us an email requesting a return with your order number (preferably in the subject line) to ORDERS@THEBELTSHOP.CO.ZA.

Our team will make arrangements with you for a convenient time for our courier partners to come collect your belt.

Simple as that.

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received your return, our team will do a quick check that the item is unused and has all its tags and labels still in place. Once checked we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS    

While we have an almost zero defect rate, we are human, so if you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at ORDERS@THEBELTSHOP.CO.ZA to arrange a refund or exchange.
